Store Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At The JRB Store, many releases are produced in limited quantities and may be made specifically for each drop window. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Limited Drop / Preorder Items

Items purchased during active drops, private link releases, and preorder windows are final sale.

These items are produced in limited quantities and often begin production immediately after the drop closes.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • order number
  • item name
  • size ordered
  • clear photos of the issue

We will review the claim and provide replacement or exchange instructions.

In-Stock Items

Select Vault items and in-stock releases may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • free of damage or odor

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error.

Sizing / Fit

Because many drops are limited and produced to order, we generally do not offer returns for sizing issues unless otherwise noted.

If you are unsure on fit, contact us before ordering.

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We will assist with return shipping and replacement.

Please do not return the item before contacting us.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges and return claims are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the item is received.

You will receive email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been processed.
